About your new job:
Working closely with Finance & Operations teams your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Schedule and track inbound and outgoing international shipmentsRaising purchase ordersObtain invoices as required and do matching to PO's.Code supplier invoices to applicable GL accountAssisting with the implementation of the inventory management systemMaintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correctAny ad-hoc tasks as required within the finance team
About You:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
Previous background in a similar position with experience in AccountsStrong Knowledge of ExcelHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsImmediately available
