Your Mission Take the wheel of our national Work Health Safety strategy and drive a safety-first culture across retail, warehousing and logistics.
You'll be wearing your consulting hat from the get go —you'll be influencing national and regional leadership as part of a matrix structure to evolve our safety management system while shifting the dial of our safety culture as a core operational enabler.
This role calls for thought leadership and a highly entrepreneurial mindset—someone who spots opportunities, challenges old ways of working, and creates best-practice systems that move as fast as we do.
What You'll Tackle
Steer the strategy : Develop and roll out a national WHS roadmap aligned to bold business growth
Streamline safety standards : Set, refine and embed best-practice safety frameworks across every part of the operation—retail floors, warehouses, logistics and beyond.
Own the risk : Lead investigations, audits and critical risk controls to keep our crew and customers safe.
Champion culture : Coach and mentor leaders to make safety second nature and a shared responsibility.
Stay ahead of the regs : Ensure compliance with WHS Act and state/territory requirements.
What You Bring
5+ years in WHS leadership across big, complex national operations (retail, logistics a huge plus).
Deep knowledge of WHS legislation and controls environments.
A knack for influencing at every level—frontline to C-suite.
Data-savvy with a track record of driving measurable safety improvements.
A natural change-maker with entrepreneurial flair and the confidence to set new standards.
