For 10+ years, Wood has held a Maintenance contract at Lytton, and have been heavily imbedded into the Ampol culture with a strong focus on team alignment across the contracting teams.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Work Mangement Lead Planner to join our team at the Ampol Refinery, as the Work Management Lead.
This role will be responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Planners to implement the work management process. It offers the opportunity to progress and thrive by working collectively and making an active contribution to the team.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone that must:
- Implement and continuously improve work management processes,
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and scheduling of maintenance and operational activities.
- Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources of personnel, equipment, and materials,
- Collect, collate and analyse data related to work management performance; and give detailed reports, presentation, and data insight to drive improvement efforts,
- Have high level of organisational and leadership skills to ensure efficient planning, scheduling & execution of maintenance and operational tasks.
- Excellent CMMS knowledge and demonstrated experience (SAP)
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or trade qualification,
- 10+ Years' experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace,
- Knowledge of relevant discipline and Industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and best practices,
- Demonstrated experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace,
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills,
- Computer literate in MS Suite Skills and Primavera (P6) is desirable.
