- Vacancy advertising across multiple job boards
- Shift management for our casual pool of Early Childhood educators
- Business Development across the Canberra early years market

**What we want from you**
- A current Australian drivers licence, unlimited working rights within Australia and willing to obtain a volunteer working with children check
- Experience in recruitment, account management or sales, and ideally education market knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high volume environment
- Happy to work 8-9 hour shifts falling between 6:30am-6:30pm on a flexible team based roster
