**What is the role?**

Responsible for the managing the product lifecycle for the Plezzel Digital platform and its products. This role will work with the Senior Leader in Product Management to drive the delivery of innovative product solutions across the Australia and New Zealand real estate market. You will work with a range of stakeholders to create, define, and manage product initiatives as defined in the roadmap and ensure operational readiness across the organisation. This role is critical to the product development process and will help drive the delivery of our commercial outcomes and a market leading customer experience for our customers. The role is part of a dynamic team located in New Zealand, Australia and offshore that will contribute to the commercial success of the business overall.

**What will you be doing?
**Product Management**
- Responsible for product lifecycle management for the Plezzel Platform and Product Suite.
- Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Provide direction and support to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project
- Work with the Senior Product Leader to define and align backlog to the product roadmap
- Work closely with internal and external teams, as well as third party vendors to deliver against the product roadmap
- Ensure the product backlog is prioritised and contains all relevant stories including acceptance criteria and any additional documentation required for development
- Utilising a blend of design thinking, lean, agile product management, and more classic methodologies, you will contribute to opportunities to further develop our products
- Identify, develop, and support business process improvement across diverse onshore and offshore teams
- Provide input into solution design and lead the interrogation of customer and market needs to build functional and non-functional requirements translated into user stories
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage product backlog
- Define success of the products and deliver both business critical and BAU initiatives
- Prepare product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Play an active role in mitigating impediments to the successful completion of release/sprint goals
- Take an active leadership role in response to product crisis/outages
- Promote and foster a culture of constant improvements across the products

**Product Performance**
- Play an active role in monitoring and initiatives to improve financial performance
- Ensure usage, engagement and commercial targets are met

**Customer Experience **and Vision**
- Create a world-class user experience to drive customer value
- Lead the delivery of the product roadmap by taking a customer-centric approach, while ensuring business priorities are met
- Use data insights to make data driven decisions to drive maximum customer value
- Act as a 'voice of the user' across the broader business

- Research and analyse the Australian and New Zealand market, competitors, the real estate industry and seek and action customer insights and fee
