Atomic Group, home to Sportsco, Homyped, Comfort & Fit, and Just Walking, is seeking a creative Footwear Product Developer & Range Builder to lead the design, development, and commercialisation of seasonal footwear and health accessories.
This role sits at the intersection of fashion and health, requiring someone who can translate trend direction into commercially successful, comfort-first footwear that feels modern, wearable, and distinctly Homyped.
The ideal candidate has experience with Asian and/or European development processes, a keen eye for trends, materials, colours, and silhouettes, and can transform the lifestyle and comfort needs of our customer into stylish, health-conscious footwear.
What You'll Do
* Design, develop, and commercialise footwear from concept to final sample
* Integrate fashion direction with comfort-focused features
* Build seasonal ranges and review market performance
* Manage materials, specs, prototypes, fittings, and final selection
* Oversee sample timelines and liaise with offshore teams
* Support costing, margins, and product-to-market handoverli>
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on range feedback and collateral
What You Bring
* 5+ years in footwear development or design
* Understanding of Australian women's footwear market and Homyped's target customer
* Leading eye for fashion trend and creative vision for the direction of Homyped's product
* Strong creative, design, and range-building skills
* Technical knowledge of patterns, materials, and construction
* Comfort‑footwear experience preferred
* Experience managing prototypes, specs, and commercialisation
* Offshore development experience (Asia/Europe)
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving
