Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Reservation Agent to support our Reservation Department from June to October.
As a Reservation Agent, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing all reservations via phone, fax, internet, and email, along with related operations.
2. Increasing and optimizing room sales in line with the brand and hotel policies.
3. Providing guests with a warm welcome and assistance, adhering to company standards.
4. Administering reservations thoroughly to facilitate check-in processes.
5. Applying brand-defined procedures for reservations.
6. Entering reservation details accurately and precisely.
7. Communicating reservation information effectively to relevant departments.
8. Confirming reservations and managing written communications.
9. Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
* Guest-focused personality is essential.
* Experience is advantageous.
* Prior experience with Opera or similar systems is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
