Product Management Role
This is a pivotal position within our organization, focused on delivering innovative products to market through close collaboration with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and lifecycle management of new products, identifying customer needs, assessing market opportunities, and contributing to solution design and development.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of new product innovation (NPI) from inception through to market delivery, go-to-market, and eventual customer success
* Collect and manage client and stakeholder input as representative of the business and client at team level
* Run working groups, standups, and meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders
* Design value propositions that differentiate our market position
* Evaluate clearly defined product requirements, SLAs aligned to market needs, pricing models, and distribution channels
* Ensure all products, services, and activities comply with relevant regulations, legislation, and policies
* Monitor projects, provide recommendations, and develop solutions in line with product roadmaps
* Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to educate clients and market our offerings
* Stay updated on industry trends and developments in alternative data frameworks to enhance credit outcomes
* Manage and prioritize the backlog of work for the team, including client delivery, maintenance, defects, incidents, and continuous improvement using relevant frameworks and guidelines
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience required
* 5+ years of professional experience
* Demonstrated skills in product management
* Strong business analysis skills with good problem-solving abilities
* Ability to assess technical concepts and issues for resolving/advancing product development
* Customer-focused approach demonstrated by identifying and solving customer needs
* Strong Google suite skills
* Attention to detail and strong time management skills
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
