Senior Sales Development Role
The role is focused on driving new opportunities and growth within the Aggregates business, based out of East Guyong and Molong Quarries.
As a key member of the Regional NSW Team, you will be responsible for understanding customers' known and unknown challenges and opportunities, identifying solutions from our offer portfolio, and thriving on leveraging customer insights to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and drive new business opportunities through innovative solutions and market analysis.
2. Manage and maintain a 12-month rolling orderbook and pipeline with existing and new customers, utilizing sales processes to drive growth.
3. Conduct regular market research and gather industry intelligence, including competitor activity and market trends.
4. Align territory and team objectives with regional and Sales Incentive Scheme targets.
5. Perform administrative tasks as part of the role.
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of field sales experience in a relevant sector (industrial preferred).
* Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape strategy.
* Understanding of sales process methodology.
* Ability to translate product features and benefits into value propositions.
* Experience engaging with various stakeholder levels and Tier 1-3 customers.
