Area you a passionate and confident Early Childhood Educator ready to lead, inspire and make a lasting impact? We are looking for an experienced Lead Educator to join our warm, collaborative team and guide our 2-3- and 3–4-year-old rooms through meaningful, play-based learning experiences.
As a Lead you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's curiosity, independence and growth. Develop and implement high-quality education programs aligned with the EYLF framework. Build strong, respectful partnerships with families and colleagues.

About the Centre:
Papilio Early Learning Lutwyche is located just a 3-minute walk from Lutwyche Central bus station, it also boasts a supportive and friendly long-standing team, alongside a huge natural outdoor environment for children to explore and learn.
About you:
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalentBachelor's degree
* A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
* Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
* A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
