Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices to deliver safe, high-quality electrical work.
* Plan and allocate tasks with the Project Manager to meet project timelines.
* Ensure compliance with AS/NZS 3000, OH&S standards, and company policies.
* Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other trades on-site.
* Manage tools, materials, and documentation.
* Conduct inspections, report progress, and maintain system reliability.
Skills & Qualifications
* A Grade Electrical Trade Certificate & current WA Electrical Licence.
* White Card
* 5–7 years' electrical experience, including 2+ in supervision (commercial preferred).
* Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and OH&S regulations.
* Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of power, lighting, and control systems.
* WA Driver's Licence required.
* Familiarity with SimPro, Procore, BuildPass, and MS Office.
* Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
* First Aid certificate (advantageous).
* Additional safety licences (e.g., high-risk, working at heights) desirable.
