Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage the entire project life cycle of capital investment projects from concept to execution within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing implementation, ensuring the safety of the plant, products, and personnel.
* Preliminary analysis for projects will involve building, utilities, services, equipment, and layout.
* Supervision of installation of equipment and oversight of budget and scope is required.
* Site technical drawings and documentation must be updated or created.
* Design and execution of basic and detailed design projects based on Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, standards, local regulations, and User Requirements Specifications are essential.
* Safety by design during construction and operation of the plant is crucial.
* Leadership and coordination of contributions from stakeholders to implement projects according to defined timing, cost, and quality are necessary.
* Coordination with start-up managers and teams to ensure smooth transition to operations after qualification and verification of installations is key.

* A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, a drive to deliver quality outcomes against project charters with efficiency, and a passion for continuous process improvement.
* Completion of tertiary study in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the Engineering field.
* Project Management skills, including analytical and budgetary skills.
* Experience working in food manufacturing environments is preferred.
* Leaders should have a proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams, managing and leading teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality.
* Self-management following defined KPIs/Objectives and proactively tracking them.
