HR‑Xcellence Solutions is seeking a confident and adaptable Business Support Officer to work closely with a client leadership team across operational support, HR coordination, and business administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexing across different tasks, working with a mix of stakeholders, and contributing to a high-quality client experience.
This isn’t a basic admin role - it’s for someone who enjoys being a true business support partner and is confident flexing across different tasks, tools, and priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide day‑to‑day business and operational support, including diary and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track follow‑up actions
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond or delegate appropriately for seamless communication
- Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate care, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding, compliance checks, and maintenance of HR and business records
- Format and prepare documents, templates, policies, and procedures with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate contracts, business compliance documents, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain company registers, subscriptions, version control, and structured documentation
- Update CRM data, support reporting, and work confidently across digital tools
- Assist with social media scheduling and maintaining a consistent online presence
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and suggest tools or improvements
- Provide flexible support across the business where needed to maintain continuity and client service
