JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking to appoint a full-time Assistant Store Manager who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference
Based at our Levi's Forrest Chase store, you will be reporting to the Store Manager.
Our ideal candidate Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy High School Diploma Creative individual with a flair for fashion Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement Confident in assisting with leading, training and developing the team to further their individual growth and maximise the store's performance Responsibilities Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories Assist with tracking store's performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily Support the Store Manager in training and development of new and existing team members Show high levels of detail in visual merchandising and stock management Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind Elevated consumer issues Partner with Store Manager on elevated consumer issues In return for your passion and outstanding performance across all Key Performance Indicators, you will be rewarded with: A competitive salary and attractive bonus programme Clothing allowance and generous employee discounts Further development of skills across all areas of retail management 1 : 1 coaching For current employees, please ensure you answer the following questions in your application: During your time at Levi's what have you learnt?
