Join Our Team at Tan and Tan Lawyers – Seeking an admitted Lawyer or a Law Graduate
Tan and Tan Lawyers, a well-established Asian law firm located in East Perth, has been providing expert legal services for over 30 years. We specialise in various areas of law, with a strong focus on family and commercial transactions. Our commitment is to resolving matters efficiently, saving our clients valuable time, money, and unnecessary stress.
We are currently seeking an admitted lawyer or a recent law graduate who is embarking on their practical legal training and is wanting to establish their position in a law firm now.
If you have more experience than advertised, we are happy to review a higher salary.
They will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and work closely with our Principal Lawyer, benefiting from decades of experience in the field. As well as the opportunity to brief and work with Barristers directly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Principal Lawyer, receiving mentorship and guidance.
* Communicating and taking instructions directly from clients.
* Assist Barristers and Solicitors with Court preparation.
To succeed in this role, you should:
* Be able to speak English and Mandarin (preferred).
* Have strong intuition and the ability to understand the unique needs of clients.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills to navigate different client personalities.
* Meet deadlines consistently and having key attention to detail, demonstrating strong time management and organisational skills.
