About the role:
This is an ongoing Landscaper / Skilled Synthetic Turf Installer, on-site position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You'll work predominantly on residential projects with a blend of childcare centres and schools focusing on:
* Synthetic turf installation projects
* Natural turf installation projects
* New build landscaping (turf preparation, edging, planting, pebbles, paving and turf installations)
* Working as part of a high performing team
* Operating machinery and hand tools
* Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines
About you:
* You have experience with all aspects of Turf and Landscape projects with a minimum of 3 years experience
* You enjoy working as part of a dedicated team to achieve great results for our clients
* You have experience with natural turf and synthetic turf is highly regarded
* You like to be a positive influence on the team, delivering great projects with a positive attitude
* You are committed to full time employment and looking for a career role
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3+ years of landscaping with specific experience in turf (natural and synthetic)
* Strong understanding of landscape construction / soft scape for new builds and turf projects
* Confident with tools, machinery and safe work practices
* Ability to work from plans, quoted works with detailed information and follow systems to achieve predictable results
* Drivers license & own vehicle (essential), White Card (Essential), Machine Tickets or experience a plus
