Reporting to one of the Directors, you will be a key member of the close-knit and loyal administration team.What you’ll be doing:Complete Office Administration tasks in the Orange office to ensure accurate completion within required timelinesReceptionist duties, i.e., answering incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mail, etc.Database entry and management, as directedGeneral ad-hoc administrative support as required such as printing, filing or scanningAssist with local requirements for stationery, kitchen goods (tea/coffee/etc.) and other office requirementsWork within a team environment, assisting others where appropriateResponsible for file creation and management to support Administration and AdvisorsProviding administrative support to our client managersPreparing client correspondence and other communication, including processing correspondence received from the ATOOur successful candidate will enjoy being part of a collaborative, high performing and enthusiastic team.About YouYou will have a proactive and flexible working style and understand your overall mission is to support your team to be the best they can be.
