Aurora Spa & Bathhouse is one of the Mornington Peninsula's most loved wellness destinations — a place where guests come to slow down, rest, and restore. We're looking for a Wellness Manager to lead our bathhouse operations and the exceptional team behind them.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the centre of the guest experience. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of our bathhouse facilities — pools, thermal suites, hydrostore, and everything in between — while mentoring a team of Wellness Advisors who truly care about what they do.
What you'll be doing
* Managing daily bathhouse operations to ensure smooth, high-quality guest experiences
* Leading, training and developing your team — setting the standard for service and culture
* Maintaining our facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
* Managing hydrotherapy product inventory and liaising with external contractors on equipment and maintenance
* Acting as first point of contact during emergencies, keeping guests and staff safe
* Collaborating with our Wellness Director and broader management team on continuous improvement
What we're looking for
* Experience in spa, wellness or hospitality management — ideally with a background in bathhouse or hydrotherapy environments
* A natural leader who can motivate a team and maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a busy setting
* Excellent communication skills — with guests, staff and management alike
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Comfortable working variable shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
