Property inspection officer

With a temporary full-time adventure this July/August!

Do you enjoy being out and about instead of stuck behind a desk? Love attention to detail, taking photos, and having every day look a little different? We're on the hunt for a reliable, organised and easy-going Casual Property Inspector to join the team!

This role is a casual role with approximately 10–15 hours per week, however applicants must be available to commit to full-time hours for a 5-week period during July/August.

• Completing property inspections throughout the Perth metro area
• Taking detailed photos and documenting property condition
• Preparing clear and accurate inspection reports via smartphone/tablet
• Noting any maintenance, cleanliness or safety concerns
• Collecting/returning keys and attending properties independently
• Communicating professionally with property managers and tenants

• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
• A smartphone (Apple/iPhone)
• Confidence completing Dictaphone/audio recordings
• Great attention to detail
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Confidence working independentlyA friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to commit to full-time hours for 5 weeks in July/August
• Have experience in property management, inspections or real estate

All training will be provided, so we're more interested in finding someone reliable, motivated and ready to learn.

• Work from home when completing reports and admin tasks
