**How will I help?**
As part of the International Treasury team, you would assist in the uplift and running of International IRRBB models, reporting, monitoring and governance in support of International customer offerings and WIB's accelerated growth strategy. The International Treasury team work very closely together and have frequent cross-coverage across locations. As a result, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in enablement initiatives, and liquidity and balance sheet analytics across the International business.
**You will also**:
- Maintain and enhance existing IRRBB models and reporting processes for Westpac Europe GmbH (WEG) and Westpac NY branch
- Develop new models, stress testing and data analytics to support the effective management of International IRRBB obligations
- Prepare International IRRBB reports for local and/or regional regulatory submissions, ICAAP and governance committees
- Regularly monitor IRRBB metrics across International locations
- Assist with the design, build, test and implementation of new controls to support balance sheet growth
- Provide International IRRBB representation at project, change management and product development working groups as required
- Support International Treasury initiatives as required, including involvement in enablement and change programs, and liquidity and balance sheet analysis.

**What do I need?**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications. Applied Finance degree (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience in financial modelling, VBA development, data management and data analytics.
- 5+ years' experience in banking risk management, preferably with IRRBB or market risk experience.
- Ability to work with stakeholders located in different locations / time-zones.
- Understanding of relevant global IRRBB regulations and requirements would be highly regarded.
- Working knowledge of banks' risk management frameworks and policies.
- Ability to work to tight timeframes, prioritise and manage time across multiple activities.
- High sense of self-accountability and responsibility.
