Full Spectrum Solutions In-Home & Community Supports is expanding!
We’re a local, family-run, NDIS registered provider based in Geelong, proudly supporting our community for over 4 years.
We specialise in working with complex participants, predominately working within Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short Term Respite (STR) spaces, supporting our participants to:
* Maintain independence
* Build capacity
* Achieve goals — big and small

Available Shifts
We offer a variety of flexible shifts, including:
* ☀️ AM shifts (e.g. 7:00am – 10:00am)
* 🕘 Day shifts (e.g. 9:00am – 3:00pm, 10:00am – 2:00pm)
* 🌆 PM shifts (e.g. 2:00pm – 5:00pm)
* 🛏️ Sleepover shifts (inactive)
* 📅 Weekend shifts
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have (or be working towards):
* Certificate III in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services (minimum)
* Relevant industry knowledge/experience (highly regarded)
Mandatory Compliance Requirements
As a NDIS registered provider, all applicants must have the following:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* Working With Children Check
* National Police Check
* First Aid & CPR (Level 2)
* COVID-19 vaccination (as per current requirements)
* Valid Driver’s Licence
* Reliable vehicle
* Fully comprehensive car insurance
All checks must be current and clear (no convictions).

* Applicants must live and work in the Geelong region
