Casual Chef / Cook - Diggies Wollongong (2 month contract)
We are a family owned and operated beachfront venue, and we pride ourselves on our quality food and drinks, made using fresh local ingredients. We are open 7 days a week, offering breakfast and lunch everyday, with dinner service and functions throughout the summer months.
We are looking on the hunt for a casual cook or chef, who above all else, is passionate about food Please note this role is for a 2-month contract, concluding in March.

* Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure – we are a high-volume venue
* Show excellent attention to detail and produce consistent, high-quality dishes
* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to maintain our high cleanliness standards
* Flexibility to work weekends & public holidays as required by operating hours
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
