The Role: Join our rugby operations team as a Junior Physiotherapist. This role is a brilliant opportunity for a student or early-career professional to gain practical, on-the-tools experience in a fast-paced sporting environment. Reporting to the VP Rugby Operations and mentored by our Senior Physiotherapist, you will be a key part of our player welfare strategy.
Responsibilities
* Match Day Support: Provide pitch-side medical coverage, including acute injury assessment and management.
* Clinical Care: Deliver pre-game strapping, taping, and assisted warm-ups.
* Rehabilitation: Assist in the treatment and rehab of injuries during training nights.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate, basic treatment records and injury logs.
* Operations: Ensure medical kits are restocked and prepared for all fixtures.
* Communication: Liaise with the Senior Physio and coaching staff regarding player fitness and Return to Play status.
