**About the role**
Liebherr Australia is seeking a resilient and proficient Technical Analyst to join the team based at Liebherr's head office in Adelaide reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager.
The Technical Analyst is responsible for the provision of system development and developing systems to integrate and bridge with various systems to provide high value data quality services, support and reports to the business
**Duties**:
- Develop, implement and maintain business intelligence solutions to support the organization's strategic goals
- Design and build reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as PowerBI and SSRS
- Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that will inform business decisions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Write SQL queries and scripts to extract data from databases and manipulate it for reporting purposes
- Troubleshoot reporting issues by analysing and restructuring SQL queries.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot data issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and reporting to continuously improve processes and solutions.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SSRS
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Java or C#
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and developers
- Basic understanding of ICT components specifically: infrastructure, networks, computing, data storage.
- Ability to influence Change management and user adoption.
- Work autonomously or collaboratively in a team.
- Think flexibly with a desire for service delivery innovation.
