Job Description: Customer Service Agent at Kennards Hire Join a friendly, supportive, and down-to-earth team at Kennards Hire, a family-owned equipment hire company since 1948, operating in Australia and New Zealand with over 2,000 team members across 200+ sites. About the Role If you have a passion for helping people, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include: Answering calls and emails from customers regarding equipment hire and support Providing quotes, processing orders, and assisting customers in finding the right gear Organizing deliveries, logistics, invoicing, and troubleshooting equipment issues Collaborating with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction Supporting digital channels and promotional campaigns Handling various administrative tasks Living our values: One Family, Fair Dinkum, Every Customer a Raving Fan, and Taking Hire Higher About You Ideal candidates will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence on the phone and a passion for customer problem-solving Strong attention to detail and administrative skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure A team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) Previous customer service experience, especially via phone/email, is advantageous Availability to start between 7:30 and 8:00 am, including weekend shifts on a rotating roster Join Our Team At Kennards Hire, our employees are well-rounded, fair-dinkum, and highly skilled.
