Pharmacy Operations Manager
Sustain a high-performing clerkship program within the Department of Pharmacy.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute clerkship activities for undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Faculty of Pharmacy, ensuring seamless integration with departmental goals.
* Coordinate community outreach initiatives within the Faculty of Pharmacy, fostering strong relationships with local stakeholders.
* Develop and deliver clinical skills training to all students and staff in the Faculty of Pharmacy, promoting exceptional knowledge and expertise.
* Promote excellence in clerkship activities through rigorous evaluation and quality improvement strategies.
* Formulate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with external partner institutions, solidifying collaborative partnerships.
* Maintain effective communication with external partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
* Design and implement budget plans and action plans for clerkship activities, guaranteeing efficient resource allocation.
* Conduct regular monitoring and spot checks on student attendance and clinical performance, providing timely feedback and support.
* Update student logbooks and validate their performance, ensuring accurate records.
* Evaluate clerkship activities from multiple sites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Respond to student and external partner inquiries, resolving issues and complaints efficiently.
* Organize orientation sessions for students and new employees regarding clerkship programs, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Collaborate with external preceptors to develop clinical training programs, enhancing student learning experiences.
* Identify gaps in clerkship activities and develop targeted solutions, ensuring continuous program improvement.
* Provide regular reports on clerkship activities to supervisors, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
