Cire Services is seeking a highly organised and reliable Chief Exam Supervisor to oversee the delivery of examinations and assessments. This casual role is responsible for ensuring examinations are conducted fairly, securely, and in line with regulatory, organisational, and academic requirements.
The Chief Exam Supervisor plays a critical role during examination periods, coordinating exam supervisors, managing logistics, and acting as the primary point of contact for examination-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of examinations
* Ensure all exams are conducted in accordance with organisational policies, assessment rules, and regulatory requirements
* Lead, brief, and support exam supervisors
* Manage examination logistics, including venue setup, materials and timing, and examination security
* Handle incidents, irregularities, or student queries during examinations in a calm and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting following examination sessions
* Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and academic integrity standards
