Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef, located in Ballarat, VIC. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily operations, including preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and managing kitchen staff. Other responsibilities include menu planning, ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The Sous Chef will also participate in training new kitchen staff and creating a positive team environment.
Qualifications

* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
