Who This Role is Perfect For
* You might currently be a Principal Consultant, Solutions Architect, Sales/Pre‑Sales Engineer, or hands‑on technical specialist.
* You are not the one closing the deals, but you are deeply involved in the sales process, help shape the solution, influence decisions, and win trust with customers.
* You know you can succeed in business development and need the right support and coaching.
About The Role
* Opportunities in both New Business and Cross‑Sell teams
* Cross‑Sell BDM – Identify customer challenges, influence stakeholders and customers, and drive additional revenue within an existing account base.
* New Business BDM – Create and manage new hosting opportunities, open new account relationships and drive growth for the Cloud Services business.
* In both roles, you will be the face of Macquarie Cloud and the experience you provide to your customer prospects and partners directly shapes the revenue you generate.
What You'll Bring
* Strong technical domain knowledge in the Managed Cloud Services industry
* Experience supporting or participating in the sales cycle
* Strong ability to influence decision makers with data, logic, and credibility
