As an Administration and Client Relations Specialist you will be the first point of contact for clients and any other stakeholders accessing our services.
Key responsibilities include:
· Providing a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for people accessing our services
· Welcome clients to their appointments
· Manage incoming telephone calls, SMS reminders, voicemails and emails in a professional and effective manner
· Data entry of relevant client information into organisational databases and software systems within a timely manner
· Booking and scheduling of appointments including completion of forms, redirection of referrals when suitable, and managing cancellations
· Provide administrative support for our wider team
· Office Stationary and supplies auditing and ordering
· Maintain a tidy main office area
About You
To be considered for this position, applicants will have:
· Well-developed interpersonal skills ensuring friendly and welcoming experiences for clients and stakeholders, whilst maintaining professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
· Previous experience or training in an administration
· Minimum 2 years of administration experience required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook and willingness to learn new software/programs as needed
· Ability to multi-task and work independently within a team environment
· Capacity to work with complex and confidential matters in a discrete and sensitive manner
· Must possess a deep understanding and appreciation for diversity within the workforce and within our client and stakeholder base
· 'C' Class Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
Requirements
· Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
· NDIS yellow Card and Working with children blue card (or willingness to obtain)
· A sense of humor and a willingness to help others
· Australian work authorisation required
