As a Middle Office Change Associatein the Investment Middle Office Operations team
**,** you will be responsible for working with clients, various operations team, product development, business and technology partners to ensure the delivery of new client onboarding, migration as well as changes requested by clients.
The Investment Middle Office (IMOS) provides asset managers the ability to leverage JP Morgan's operational expertise, market leading technology and data infrastructure to manage their trade processing, asset servicing, collateral management, and investment record capabilities. The product encompasses a multi-asset class offering across listed securities, equity swaps, cleared and OTC derivatives, and bank loans, focusing on the needs of large asset managers.

Morgan Securities Services provide Institutional investors access to markets worldwide for the settlement, safekeeping and asset servicing of securities, along with ancillary services such as Foreign Exchange and Liquidity Solutions. This product suite, along with our Markets business, helps us service our core client segments: Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Insurance/GSEs, Banks/Broker Dealers and Hedge Funds and Alternatives. **Job responsibilities
- Ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic infrastructure build out and on-boarding of our clients onto that infrastructure by working with various operations teams on the overall readiness
- Owning/assisting on both strategic and BAU client change projects as well as efficiency initiatives for operations
- Manage and monitor daily risks, issues and blockers while being accountable for the execution and delivery of assigned projects
- Representing operations in the management of new business opportunities
- Working with technology and product partners to review and improve the design of systems, championing improvements to process flows to ensure scalability and to minimise manual touchpoints.
- Establishing dashboards and metrics. Demonstrating progress and high quality of support to clients and senior management with clear and consistent statistics and commentary
- Working closely with project teams on major system implementations, providing requirements, reviewing design, planning testing, data migration and implementation phases
**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Ability to engage effectively across teams, taking a leading role partnering with clients, project teams and technology in defining strategy for client management focusing on the day to day processes.
- Excellent problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues, taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls
- Motivated and able to deliver with mínimal supervision, whilst working effectively in a team
- Effective Project Management skills and minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Ability to partner in a virtual team environment across multiple locations with time zone differences
