Job Title:

Sales Team Leader - Health Insurance


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our team of sales consultants in driving sales performance and delivering outstanding results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring your team to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in call centres or fast-paced sales environments. You will have knowledge and expertise in health insurance and be able to acquire quickly. A natural coach and motivator, you will be able to extract the best from people and drive results through clear expectations and daily, weekly, and monthly sales rhythms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
* Set clear expectations and maintain sales rhythms
* Review performance, provide feedback, and create strategies to improve results
* Build a culture that is competitive yet fun, where success is recognized and celebrated
* Support onboarding and development to enhance consultants' skills and confidence
* Handle escalations with confidence while ensuring customers receive outstanding outcomes
* Collaborate with other leaders to share ideas, streamline processes, and elevate overall results


Requirements:

* Proven sales leadership experience (ideally in call centres or fast-paced sales environments)
* Knowledge and expertise in health insurance (or ability to acquire quickly)
* Natural coach and motivator who can extract the best from people
* Results-driven with confidence working with KPIs, targets, and sales data
* High energy and resilience, thriving under pressure and motivating others
* Strong communicator with sharp decision-making and problem-solving skills
