My client is on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to support their busy Parts Department in a Brisbane location. Reporting to the National Parts Operations Manager, you'll handle reporting, compliance, and admin support in a team of 60.
What You'll Be Doing:
Create and manage reports (Excel & Power BI)
Support data entry, invoicing, and vendor returns
Maintain SOPs and assist with HSE / compliance processes
What They're Looking For:
Strong Excel skills (advanced level)
Admin all-rounder with HSE and compliance experience
Great communication and attention to detail
