Geospatial Planning Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Geospatial Planning Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading operational planning activities to deliver maximum value for our growers and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Area Managers and Site Managers to ensure adherence to plans, grain protection, and optimal planning for Southern NSW clusters.
* Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Grain Protection teams to guarantee assets are allocated and utilised effectively, the right commodities and commodity grades are available within the cluster.
* Contribute to the development of the weekly Site Opening Plan that best supports growers and customers and optimal allocation of sites.
* Provide continuous improvement suggestions to enhance planning and scheduling for clusters within Southern NSW.
* Schedule tasks at a site level including outloading, transfers, receivals, stocktakes, site hygiene, and grain protection.
* Manage operational challenges in a timely and calm manner.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A background in scheduling or planning, even outside of agriculture, such as in mining, logistics, or rail.
