About the Role
Process and manage accounts payable invoices, credits, and payments
Create and manage purchase orders and procurement contracts
Liaise with suppliers to achieve quality outcomes and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate supplier accounts: set up, amendments, and reviews
Support the finance team with data entry, coding, reconciliations, and month-end deadlines
Handle credit applications and purchasing service requests for sites/stakeholders
Maintain detailed records of purchases, invoices, and supplier communications
Contribute to ad-hoc duties to support a smooth-running finance function
About You
Must have demonstrated experience in accounts payable (procurement experience a bonus)
Confidence and capable in your role, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experienced working across multiple entities within a business
Proficient with accounting systems (MYOB Advanced; Acumatica, Exo, Xero desirable) and MS Office
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and work well with suppliers and colleagues
Professional, honest, reliable, and a true team player who enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative environment
Positive "can-do" attitude, adaptable able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
What's on Offer
Rotating Shift every week:
Week 1:
Mon to Thurs 8am to 4pm
Week 2:
Mon - Thurs 9am to 5pm
Friday's:
8am to 4pm
Competitive salary: $75K–$80K + super pro rata
