Job Description
We're expanding our team at our Sunbury and Craigieburn depots If you're personable, a go getter or not afraid to get down and dirty, then this role is perfect for you. If you're all of the above, even better
Reporting to the Depot Supervisor, this role is responsible for day-to-day operations of TOMRA Bulk Depots and enhancing the TOMRA customer experience.
A typical day as TOMRA Depot operator will see you greeting our customers and providing information on the Container Deposit Scheme, assisting customers from their vehicles to our reverse vending machines general cleaning and maintenance.
Beyond the day-to-day, we're looking for someone can work autonomously, be a friendly face for our customers and make our depots the pillar of the town.
Some answers to commonly asked questions about this role:
* Pay rate for adults is paid at Level 2 Waste Management Award starting at $36.70 per hour.
* Applicants must be able to work from both Sunbury and Craigieburn depots.
* Federal police check, pre-employment medical (Including drug and alcohol screen) and reference checks are part of the background process for employment.
*Please note that this opportunity is working across both our Sunbury and Craigieburn depots*
Qualifications
We are looking for the below, but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes- we will provide training
* Customer service experience
* Cleaning or maintenance experience
* High level of communication (verbal and written)
* Ability to work at both Sunbury and Craigieburn depots
* First aid and/or fire warden certification
