My client is currently looking for an experienced Business Manager to join their dealership, based in the "Garden City" of Toowoomba. As the only full-time Business Manager on site, this role offers excellent earning potential.
My client is a multi-franchised, privately owned and operated dealership. Located 1 and half hours west of Brisbane, this opportunity gives you the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, but still be within driving distance of a major capital city.
Primary duties:
- Facilitating Finance & Insurance quotations professionally and respectfully to new and existing customers.
- Ensuring all customers are quoted and insurance products are presented to all opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly finance and insurance targets.
- Being responsible for receipting vehicle deposits and delivery payments and ensuring that all due care is taken.
- Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a Business Manager role.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is essential.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Passionate about achieving success in the role, whilst also being committed to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Strong finance acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage workload, compliance, and settlement procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment.
- Current Queensland Driver's licence.
- Available to work Saturday mornings.
