This role is ideal for someone with experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, allied health support, or any process-driven customer service role. What You'll Be Doing
* Engaging with customers in the shopping centre and encouraging them to complete a free 5-minute hearing check
* Building rapport with new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients
* Explaining hearing check results (full training provided) and guiding customers on next steps
* Reconnecting with previous customers and new leads via phone
* Supporting store targets and KPIs through consistent, quality customer interactions
* Managing customer records and completing basic administrative tasks (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Assisting the Store Manager with general store duties
Who We're Looking For
* Someone reliable, professional, and genuinely committed to showing up and doing great work
* A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people of all ages
* A warm, outgoing personality that makes customers feel comfortable and supported
* Strong attention to detail and comfort following structured processes
* Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late-night trade
* Experience in healthcare, medical reception, allied health, education, retail, or sales is highly regarded

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri - 10:00 to 16:30 Week 2: Mon, Tue - 10:00 to 16:30, Thu - 9:00 to 15:30, Sun - 10:00 to 16:00
