We are seeking an experienced Butcher/Boner to join our processing team. The role involves the skilled boning, trimming, and preparation of beef/lamb carcasses to meet production, quality, and food safety standards. You will work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong knife skills, knowledge of meat cuts, and the ability to work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets. Attention to detail, commitment to hygiene standards, and safe work practices are essential.
