Program Leader - Early Childhood Services
Make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, young people and their families in Katherine. As a Program Leader, you will lead and develop early childhood programs that support young people and families.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and manage a multidisciplinary team of practitioners to deliver high-quality services.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, reporting, compliance, and risk management to ensure effective service delivery.
* BUILD strong relationships with stakeholders, communities, and referral partners to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
* Drive program quality and continuous improvement aligned to best practices and industry frameworks.
* Ensure child safeguarding and staff wellbeing are prioritized in all aspects of service delivery.
The role requires a motivated and compassionate leader with experience in community, early years, or family support services. You will be confident in managing teams and building strong partnerships to drive positive change for children and families.
Requirements
* A degree in a relevant field such as education, social work, or community development.
* Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of child safeguarding principles and policies.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
