TheDeal Advisory Taxteam is a market leading, energetic, fun team that works on the most significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients cover the breadth of the market, including Real Estate, Private Equity and Infrastructure. Be prepared to work on projects that make the front page of the news!
We are looking for a Senior Manager with an interest in Real Estate to join the team – someone with experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team.
Responsibilities
- Structuring, with a particular focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts / Managed Investment Trusts
- Tax due diligence and transaction document review
- Assist clients with their tax compliance, including preparing and/or reviewing of trust and company tax returns
- Research and analyse technical tax issues
- Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
- Support with business development initiatives and proposals
- Mentor, develop and lead teams
