This role requires shaping an exceptional employee experience and driving business results.
1. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on complex people matters, providing strategic solutions.
2. Partner across all phases of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, development, retention, wellness, and safety.
3. Provide expert guidance on policy, process, legislation, and industrial instruments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
