Administrative Training Specialist
We are seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver the Certificate IV in Health Administration (HLT47321) nationally recognised course.
The successful candidate will have a qualification relevant to health administration, experience in both clinical and administrative settings, strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient record systems, workplace leadership, business documents, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and assess training in line with HLT47321 qualification requirements
* Support students across a mix of backgrounds with tailored learning strategies
* Cover core units including medical terminology, patient record systems, workplace leadership, business documents, and customer service
* Supervise and assess students undertaking work placement arranged by our organisation
* Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery and materials
Requirements:
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
* A qualification relevant to health administration, and experience in both clinical and administrative settings
* Strong knowledge of units such as Manage patient recordkeeping system, Design and produce business documents, Prepare and process medical accounts, and Use medical terminology in health care
* Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging, compliant training programs
* Excellent organisational, communication and classroom management skills
* A current Police Check, Working with Children Check, driver's licence, and your own transport
