Job Title
Mental health professionals are required for a dynamic team within an acute community mental health service supporting consumers across the Lower Mid North Coast.
About the Role
This role is part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality assessment, care coordination, intervention and follow-up for adults experiencing mental health concerns. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with consumers, their families/carers, GPs, Community Managed Organisations (CMOs) and other service providers to ensure safe, effective, recovery-focused care.
