THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting directly to an experienced and highly regarded Head of Growth, you'll step into a role that blends sales, strategy, relationship building, and hands-on learning. From day one, you'll be exposed to processes, training, and mentorship that most juniors never get access to.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner directly with the Head of Growth on all new business activity
Prospect and convert new rental management opportunities
Assist with overflow tasks — applications, new property compliance, onboarding
Build relationships with potential landlords, referral partners, and local networks
Manage your pipeline like a pro, ensuring every lead is followed through
Work Monday–Friday with only 1 Saturday every 8 weeks (rotating)
