About this Position
As a Project Engineer, you will oversee various projects within our manufacturing site, ranging from small enhancements to entire manufacturing systems.
You will combine practical application with expert documentation development to improve efficiency, cost, and compliance at our site.
Collaborating with Departmental Managers and Project Owners, you will deliver projects from requirements definition through validation, ensuring all projects meet site timelines, safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
* High proficiency in Project Management software, such as MS Project
* 2+ years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (desirable)
* Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools
* Strong technical aptitude in large-volume automated manufacturing processes
Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from initiation to completion, working with department managers and stakeholders
* Develop and document equipment/system requirements, assess solutions, and contribute to project plans
* Design, modify, install, and commission facilities and utilities
* Ensure projects comply with site standards, change control, and validation to ensure quality and compliance
* Develop validation and commissioning documentation for equipment validation, and participate in installation and qualification of new equipment
* Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, communicating progress to stakeholders
* Liaise with managers, SMEs, and external suppliers to ensure project scope and delivery meet targets
* Manage contractor supervision and ensure safety practices are followed, including permits and safety standards
* Review technology and promote innovative process and technology improvements
* Support equipment/system owners with technical issues
