Responsibilities
* Manage end‐to‐end kitchen operations for the Great Northern Bar
* Execute bulk cooking to meet high‐volume passenger demand
* Maintain impeccable hygiene standards through dishwashing and cleaning
* Operate independently to ensure smooth kitchen function during peak times
* Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with airport travelers
Qualifications
* Proven experience in fast‐paced commercial kitchens or retail food outlets
* Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the kitchen space
* Expertise in bulk food preparation while maintaining quality and consistency
* Flexibility to work a full seven‐day roster with varied shifts
* Commitment to safety and food hygiene standards in a regulated environment
