We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our team at our Nambucca Heads office. This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to collaborate with dedicated educators from Family Day Care and OOSH Children's Services in a permanent part-time position.

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients, service providers, and stakeholders through excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Maintain compliance and regulatory checks
* Process electronic payments
* Support the Nominated Supervisor with ad hoc duties
* Be a wellbeing and health champion for the services
* Report writing and submission of reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Cert IV or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
* Solid understanding of the OOSH and Children's Services space
* Knowledge of the My Time, Our Place framework
* Understanding of the Child Care Subsidy system and software applications for compliance
