Responsibilities
* Strong technical business analysis capability
* Experience working on digital platform migrations
* Understanding of API-based integrations
* Ability to interpret orchestration/middleware flows
* Proven experience writing agile functional requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) for complex platform builds
* Familiarity with structuring user stories in standard agile formats (e.g. BDD/Given-When-Then)
* Experience working with low-code platforms (Unqork preferred)
* Insurance or financial services experience preferred
* Experience translating legacy functionality into structured backlog artifacts
* The BA must be comfortable engaging both business stakeholders and technical architects
