What You'll Be Doing:
* Being the friendly face of the organisation - greeting visitors and handling calls.
* Keeping the office humming: meeting rooms, supplies, mail, parking permits, licence checks and corporate card reconciliations.
* Coordinating and managing travel arrangements through online travel systems, including bookings, itinerary preparation, and ensuring compliance.
* Providing legal admin support such as organising electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are correctly classified, accessible, and compliant.
* Jumping into events - from planning to execution.
* Bringing energy, warmth, and approachability to every corner of the workplace.
What You'll Bring:
* Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain) + current driver's license.
* Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
* Confident MS Office skills + familiarity with SharePoint, CRM systems, and modern digital tools.
* A bubbly, energetic personality – someone who can chat to anyone and make them feel welcome.
* Experience in reception, events, office coordination, or EA support.
* You thrive in busy, people‐focused environments.
* A reputation for being the organiser, the helper, the "I've got it covered" person.
